| More information | This class is held in Opistotie, in the "health gym". This is a class for you if you are starting your training at the gym and want to know how the equipment in Opistotie health gym work. After you get to know the equipment there will be circuit-type training for the whole body. Please notice that instructions are mainly in Finnish! Remember to do the cancellation at the latest Tuesday 1st of October (24 hours before the event), if you can’t participate the event. You can make the cancellation at SYKETTÄ Sports Calender the same way you enroll for it. If you forget to do the cancellation of the event or you do it too late, it costs you 10 €. |
